With regard to the development of settlements with customers in the field of digital technologies, the following factors can be noted, which are increasingly manifesting themselves in the financial market: interbank competition; government policy aimed at reducing the money turnover of the shadow economy; behavioral activity of buyers; development of payment infrastructure.
