MODERN TERRORIST IDEOLOGY: MECHANISMS OF RELIGIOUS YUSTIFIKATION

Abstract

In recent years the international community has experienced a series of terrorist attacks in several countries. This article shows how terrorist groups justify their actions. Question, do they use the excuse (in the foreign literature justificate) the type of the template or based on their unique ideological postulates. The focus is on religious violence in its difference from other types of terrorism. Terrorism, despite its centuries-old history, in recent years it has become an international symbol of fear and hatred. The "growth" of terrorism is explained by the phenomenon of globalization, the consequences of which, in the author's opinion, can significantly exacerbate the deadly threat of terrorism to the world community.
