Abstract
The article examines the investment factors of economic growth in the regions of the Russian Federation, which ensure dynamic territorial development in the context of implementing strategic directions for ensuring national security, and the formation of mechanisms for increasing investment activity at the regional level, including at the expense of the territories of advanced social and economic development (TACER).
