SOCIAL SECURITY AS A SUBJECT SOCIOLOGICAL RESEARCH

Abstract

The article deals with the concept of "social security" as a special subject of scientific research, analyzes the specifics of the subject of social security, and outlines its main features. In domestic science, social security has a multidirectional interpretation. Since the social sphere functions on the principle of maintaining a certain qualitative and quantitative set of social parameters, in it, in contrast to other spheres, greater importance is attached to maintaining stability. In this context, social security is seen as a diverse system of using the available opportunities, values and traditions for the survival of society.
