THE NEW INSTRUMENTS OF INVESTMENT FINANCING FOR INDUSTRY PROJECTS: RISKS AND LIMITATIONS

Abstract

The new wave of processes of transformation in the Russian economy (which is connected with the search for new instruments of recovery growth of the large-scale industry companies) has some strong impact on activity of business units and selection of methods of financing of infrastructure project. Development of a plan of actions connected with functioning of the large transport companies in the Russian market has to be integrated in the strategy of development for the country, and also consider some impact of state programs on development of infrastructure projects. In the conditions of modernization of business structure of “Russian Railways” (OJSC) and transition to the new investment and financial development strategy, the new tasks for the holding company are the following: cost cutting, efficiency improvement, providing innovative development and competitiveness of a railway branch.
