Abstract
Article is devoted to the study of public opinion on the state civil service of the Russian Federation. In view of the specifics of the object and the subject of this kind of research involve a number of difficulties due to socio-political, organizational and actual sociological factors. The article summarizes domestic experience of studying of public opinion on the state civil service, conducts factor analysis, identifies the problem of mass surveys and suggests ways to address them.
