Abstract
The article deals with component basis of qualification identification of employees with aim of analysis of qualification structure of labor resources of enterprise.. The categorical apparatus of competences and qualifications has been analyzed. The author carries out the essential analysis of the educational and professional standards on the need for synchronization of requirements and possibilities of their application in the system of qualification identification of employees of business entity. Determines tools that are needed to improve of qualitative component of the labor force, such as continuing education and certification of qualifications, which are being embedded in the qualification identification of employees.
