Abstract
The article analyzes the components of the positive potential of Internet resources in the modern system of public administration. The main stages of the integration of Internet resources with the public administration system, and describes the realization of certain objectives and functions performed by the electronic government. The authors comes to the important conclusion that based on the use of Internet resources, improving the quality of public services, as well as the increased level of public participation in matters relating to improvement of public administration services.
