THEORETICAL PROBLEMS OF THE STUDY OF THE PARTY SYSTEM AND ITS REGIONAL PECULIARITIES IN MODERN RUSSIA

Abstract

In this article in terms of theoretical political analyses of discourse relevant to contemporary domestic politics the problem of formation and functioning of party system, which has its own regional characteristics, but, in General, as stated in the work, at the regional level, the process of Genesis was largely a reflection of the processes typical for this phenomenon as nationwide. This focuses on the dominant role of the state in perestroikists, including in the regions of Russia, which corresponds historically developed in Russian civilization, institutional strategies the development of political attitudes and values. This institutional strategy, characterized by the dominance of authoritarian and clientelistic trends, determines how the logic of the formation and evolution of party systems in Russia and their low efficiency from the point of view of formation of civil society and the democratic regime in the Russian society.
