METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES AND MOTIVATORS OF LABOUR BEHAVIOUR IN SYSTEM OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract

In this article describes the methodological approaches to research of employees labor behavior of higher education, specifically the teaching staff, key factors motivators an effective labor behavior are defined on the basis of sociological research. During research was determined that the basis of labor behavior based on the principle of fictionalization, which consist on a variety of functions, roles of the modern teacher. These functions and roles should be implemented to achieve the education quality process and the effective use of human resources.
