Тhe successful and effective functioning of the banking system of region is impossible without the institutional approach to estimation and development of problems and deficiencies. The analysis of the security of territory with bank services taking into account the special features of region and taking into account the influence of the policy of municipal and federal control elements, for the estimation of industrial potential, resource security makes possible to bare problems the functioning of banking system.
