Abstract

The ruling party us for quite a long time being at power are vanguard of civil society, and primary political institution of the state. Opposition political parties that represent the interests of the part of citizens, serve as intermediaries between the state and civil society. In Russia it is the Communist Party, the Liberal Democratic Party and the "Just Russia ", as well as extra-systemic opposition. The article describes an example of the party "Fair Russia ", which is currently seeking to become the vanguard civil society, system opposition in Russia.
