Abstract

The article addresses the issues of innovations in the area of management and integrated development of energy resources in the Russian Federation. These issues are considered in terms of the possibility of using the alternative energy potential by the regional and municipal entities of the Russian Federation as well as generating small power capacities into a local distributive power grid.
