The article deals with current issues of the World Trade Organization and the IMF, the nature of their influence on international economic relations, efforts to bring stability to the global financial, monetary and trading systems, assistance to the developing countries in the trade and financial stability. Development activities are the keys to the functioning of both institutions, they are essential in promoting the stability of national economies.
