Abstract

In this paper the author presented an analysis of modern innovation processes and considered the possibilities of project management for the implementation of government innovation programs. The article contains the description of the structure and functions of the project office for the implementation of government innovative programs on the basis of outsourcing. The author gives some guidelines for organizing the work of all the stakeholders and project participants.
