The problem of managing the development of a company organization human potential is investigated within the frame of the article. The analysis main assumption is the presupposition that cooperating companies basing upon the rational evaluation of expectations of mutual interests satisfaction seek educating partnership aimed at a long-term strategic cooperation to attain a competitive position in the market.
