Abstract

Introduction. The Constitution of the Republic of Adygea is the most important political and legal document that defines the foundations of the state structure of the region and serves as a guarantee of the rights and freedoms of its citizens. The Constitution not only recognizes the supreme legal force of federal legislation, but also creates a political and legal framework for the implementation of civil initiatives, which makes it a key element in shaping the future of Adygea. Purpose. Political and legal analysis of the reflection of the principles of sustainable development in the Constitution of the Republic of Adygea. Methods.
