The article discusses the key features and characteristics of the process of formation of the educational space of the national state on the example of China and Singapore. Special attention is paid to the internationalization of the education sector, the creation of its qualification framework, the use and consideration of local characteristics and resources, the attraction and retention of scientific personnel.

The article discusses the key geopolitical approaches to the formation of the educational space in Germany. Particular emphasis is placed on joining the Bologna process, introducing a two-stage education system, facilitating scientific exchanges and improving educational system management processes. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of international standards regarding the implementation of the concept of continuing education and the harmonization of formal qualifications of higher education.

The article is devoted to the study of actual problems related to the role of the educational space of national states in ensuring global and strategic stability in the world. Special attention is paid to the abilities of the national educational space due to the integration at the global level to level technological gaps and digital gaps between developed and developing countries. The impact of international exchanges and mobility of the scientific community on the creation of new knowledge, human capital, technological innovation, knowledge transfer is also considered. In addition, it was found that the internationalization of knowledge allows you to create added value through the dissemination of competencies and abilities to their absorption.
