The article addresses the development of the extractive industry in the world and in the Republic of Guinea. It is noted that the extractive industry is one of the strategic sectors of the world economy. The development of this industry is possible due to the introduction of innovations, among which are identified: new reagents, equipment modernization, rational development of reserves, the creation of innovative directions for the extraction and processing of natural resources. The introduction of innovations allows you to identify new deposits, increase the coefficient of production of reserves, reduce losses of production and processing of natural resources.

The article explains the need to create an innovative association with strategic partners of a single heat supply organization. The large degree of depreciation of fixed assets and the beginning process of decentralization of the heat supply industry determined the transformation of the industry. As a solution to this problem, the formation of a union of strategic partners is proposed, that will increase the efficiency of the industry in general and individual enterprises in particular.

The 21st century is characterized by significant changes in the traditional understanding of the processes of economic relations. Innovations in global information and communication technologies have led to the creation of new global electronic environment. The digital transformation affects both the productive and social spheres including education. The article considers the features of education transformation in the period of digital economy, defines the purpose and objectives of education informatization, and highlights the main methods and technologies of education informatization. The use of innovative communications is complex, it allows students to set and define specific goals for themselves as well as to be able to change the educational trajectory.

The article deals with the main problems of restructuring and improving the public administration efficiency, as well as mechanisms for its regulation. A special role is given to the problems of alienating society from the state and the emergence of a fundamental contradiction in public administration during the period of technological change. Some innovations, especially in the field of information and communication technologies are needed to reduce these contradictions. The application of information and communication technologies leads to a new stage of the public administration development. The purpose of this stage is to increase the level of information completeness, reliability, transparency of public authorities' actions, and to create models for cooperation between the state, business and society.

The process of knowledge management is analyzed in the article; the author’s definition is presented; the possibilities of the firm(organization) and its workers are defined; the role of information-communication technologies in the process of knowledge management are determined; the methods and means of internet-education are denoted; the model of self-education is proposed on the basis of information technologies.
