Modern tendencies of economic development demand to accelerate the transit of banks from classic business-model to creation of financial ecosystem on the basis of modern digital technologies. The authors describe in this article the approaches to determination of the cathegory “ecosystem”, show the preferences of creation of bank ecosystems, strategies of their functioning and main components for their building-up.

The article presents the results of the analysis of the causes of occurrence and ways to counter mis-selling as the main form of unfair sales of financial products in Russia. Based on the analysis, the authors formulated recommendations for the regulator that can counteract the practice of mis-selling in Russia.
