The migration crisis in Europe, aggravated in 2015, was a real test for the European Union, becoming one of the most important problems on a long-term basis, also affecting the post-Soviet space. The article analyzes migratory flows as a threat to European civilization as a whole, and as a factor of destabilizing public security, and also examines the prospects for resolving risks and challenges.
