The activity of the network of federal universities in the context of interaction within the framework of the projects of the network educational programs of the bachelor and master's degrees analyzed in the article. The levels and models of network interaction are singled out in the development and implementation of networked educational programs, and attention is focused on the identified problems of network interaction. The experience of networking in the implementation of educational programs by federal universities in the period 2014-2016 is also considered through the prism of compliance with international practice, and consisted in finding a solution to methodological, organizational and financial-economic tasks.
