In this article the heuristic role of the principles of network methodology and phenomenological constructivism in a research of information type of a sociality comes to light, fundamental difference of virtual electronic society from society real and, at the same time, their indissoluble communication is defined, concepts "society network" and "network society" which contradictory interaction generates new type of a sociality the formatting essentially new type of civilization interaction get divorced.
