Article explains the necessity to develop a new universal curriculum of master's training, which is aimed onto study of readiness of masters to self-development, self-realization, the use of creativity as a key general cultural competence, dened by the new federal state educational standards of Master Degree. Methodological basis and methodological novelty of the new curriculum and its’ scientic basis for personal growth are formulated. The structure and characteristics of substantiated content of the proposed training course are provided.
