The expediency of using the ratio between the marginal net income and marginal costs to assess the trends in microeconomic dynamics of a business enterprise is justified. On the basis of the method proposed by the author and official statistics information the coefficients of marginal productivity of costs unit are calculated. The conditions that characterize the negative, unstable and stable positive trends of microeconomic dynamics in the agricultural sector of the Komi Republic are formulated.
