This article refers to the traditions of the definitions of war, about the necessity of differentiation of concepts such as war and armed conflict. To date, the world practice shows that the war went far beyond the struggle of two States between themselves. Currently, the war is becoming more hybrid forms, hence there is a need for their correct interpretation to further the possibility or impossibility of taking measures. Confirmation of this fact is a huge amount of work and research on this issue.
