State support of small, medium enterprises and individual entrepreneurs, and also directions of its perfection and further regulation must base on the approve and whole information, characterize this sector of economy. The paper on the basis of results of the research, made by the author, present the proposals on the development of the methodology execution of official statistical observations, including specification of list indicators, registration of features in activity entrepreneurial structures in the municipal localities, analysis of achieved arrows of information. Problem of improvement collection and processing of data on the activity of enterprises and entrepreneurs is very relevant because of the upcoming in the 2016 year in Russia full-scale federal statistical observation.
