State labor policy in the Russian Federation is constantly being improved and modified to adjust to rapid changes in the socio-economic realities in the country. Nevertheless, the Russian state will face a number of pressing issues in the regulation of social and labor relations that must be addressed through a general improvement of the state labor policy. The fact that it must be the subject of most attention in the context of improving the state labor policy in Russia, the author reflects in this article.
