The social deprivation exerts significant destructive effect on political socialization of citizens and their electoral behavior. Process of political socialization, being a component of the general sotsializatsionny process, assumes incorporation of political values and ideologems in basic hierarchy of the social values mastered by the individual. However in the conditions of a social deprivation the acquired political values enter an unsoluble contradiction with reality of realization of the individual in a political field. This idea it is consecutive and reasoned is stated and proved in this article.

In the essay the problem of social deprivation as a factor of emergency of political unequality is raised. The place of the social deprivation problematic in politological discours is determined, some mechanisms of convertation of social deprivation into the political unequality are examined.
