Disintegrative tendencies in the modern world pose a great threat to the integrity of States and can be activated in a variety of regions. A special role in this process is given to ethnic and national unity of the regional aspects of society and the state. Which in certain circumstances can act as guarantors of the constitutional integrity of the country, or a factor of disintegration activity of a given region.
