The phenomenon of drug security of the society in the system of integrated security is considered in the article. Thereupon the authors focus their attention on the importance of drug security for ensuring the conditions of present-day social medium existence. The significant place in the article is given to the description of factors undermining the security of society in consequence of illicit distribution of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
