The article is concerned with the methodological approaches to the determination of inter-level integration processes of national security at the federal, regional and local levels. Genealogical method is proposed for the study of large and medium-integrity real social communities, the dynamic model of the gens as a social resonator for determining the quality characteristics and properties of the population as the subject of the local security structure creation is developed.
