This article explores e-government systems, in particular e-democracy, gives a definition of the concept, considers the types of e-democracy, the goals of this system, the risks of implementation and imperfections in the current development environment of the digital economy. The level of development of information and communication technologies and the dependence of e-democracy on these technologies are also investigated.

The article presents an analysis of the tax system and tax potential in the context of the country and regions, and also monitors tax revenues in the context of the consolidated budget of the country and individual federal districts of the Russian Federation. On this basis, the main reasons that hinder the increase in tax revenues to regional budgets were identified, and the main directions were formulated to increase and effectively use the tax potential, contributing to the further innovative development of the regions.

The article discusses the current problems in the field of profit taxation in the Russian Federation, as well as the directions for reforming the tax system adopted by the government. Considering the importance of taxes for the socio-economic development of modern society, the state needs to implement a set of measures aimed at developing the country's economy and improving the welfare of the population.

This article highlights the problems of rational use of resources at all levels of the Russian economy in connection with the need to increase the production of domestic goods and import substitution policy. Among the set of existing problems in the framework of improving the sustainability of production, socio-economic environmental systems, an important direction of economic activity is to address the issues of effective management of material and raw material potential, as well as the optimization and modernization of technical and technological equipment of enterprises and the rational use of secondary waste. The article presents the monitoring of the structure of revenues of the consolidated budget, including in the context of federal districts of the Russian Federation. On this basis, the main reasons preventing the increase in tax revenues to the budget were identified. The study allowed us to formulate the main directions that contribute to the increase and effective use of the tax potential of the country.

The article argues that international and domestic experience in the implementation of projects of social entrepreneurship poses new challenges for business structures that require a reassessment of the problems and prospects for the development of this phenomenon in the conditions of modern Russia. Social entrepreneurship for the current state of the economy can be called a kind of activity that harmoniously combines the social mission inherent in the mission of the organization with entrepreneurial innovation, accompanied by innovative social technologies. The article deals with the development of the mission of social and entrepreneurial projects. The authors analyze the process of searching for new ideas and formulating the mission of a socially oriented entrepreneurial project, and also give specific examples.
