The article deals with the specifics of the NORTH that the main reason for less linkage in economic area of regional-economic systems of macro-region is not limited by production cycles of reproductive processes in the mind of a "traffic trap" arising in connection with: the original concentration of "supporting" the north roads in certain areas; the deadlock situation of certain regions on the transport networks of the backbone infrastructure; lack of the capacity of transport infrastructure. The lack of "indirect" integration between the NKFD, according to the authors of the article increases the speed and costs of transport, does not provide access to all actors in transport systems maritime ports.
