The article is devoted to information wars in the modern world as part of hybrid wars. Information war is conducted in various ways: through the defeat of technical information systems, and through manipulation of the minds of the masses, and through the disinformation of the enemy. The means of information warfare are also used in technologies of «color» revolutions.
