The article is devoted to consideration of the impact of geographic concentration of enterprises or the creation of clusters in such fast-growing industries like microelectronics. The research subject is the dependence of cluster of Novosibirsk microelectronics from market conditions which generated by the activities of State bodies. The aim of the research is to study the dynamics of events to disseminate tacit knowledge. The comparative analysis of competitive action at different levels of businesses concentration, which have obtained from reports of corporations, holding companies and enterprises.
