In article the directions of an innovative policy of the various countries at the present stage are allocated, four allocated strategies of economical system's innovatezation are also characterised by a combination of their two basic characteristics efficiency and size of costs on realisation, strategies of the state stimulation of economic progress through innovatization and growth of capital intensity in innovative spheres are resulted.
