Problem aspects of successfulness evaluation of innovation development management of a municipal formation are considered. Some approaches and models of quality evaluation and effectiveness of management in organizations are analyzed. The approach to building up the system of indicators of innovative development by S. Pavlova and the system of balanced indicators by Norton and Kaplan are considered as a methodological basis.
