On the basis of studying of the theoretical positions contained in works of domestic and foreign scientists new forms of expansion of manufacture are offered. Their basic kinds recognize re-structuring, diversification, westernisation, updating and others. Advantages of new forms of the organizations of manufacture in modern conditions are shown.
