In the Russian Federation is the biggest problem of economic development, the problem of structuring. There is a need establishing such a mechanism, that would enable make changes in providing products in parallel with the discoveries scientific and technical progress. The creation of such a mechanism is possible if we will start accurately assess the results of public authorities. This article focuses on this issue.

There is a need establishing such a mechanism, that would enable make changes in providing products in parallel with the discoveries scientific and technical progress. The creation of such a mechanism is possible if we will start accurately assess the results of public authorities. This article focuses on this issue.

The article presents an analysis of the regional economy estimates based on calculations of municipal of indicators in the municipalities. We offer concrete ways of improving the evaluation system based on connecting the of municipal level.

The article analyzes the causes of emerging economic crises in the country. The first evaluation is connected with the figures of economic theory in the form of economic equilibrium and non-equilibrium, the second – with the indexes of instability.

In the article authors touch upon the issue of correlation between Power and statistics, and also one of the main statistical problems which is application of theory in statistical calculation. The findings introduce concrete orientations of how to improve the correlation between Power and statistics applying theoretical discoveries
