Migration potential of modern Russian youth is analyzed in the article, taking into account the statistics from the Russian youth values research. Migration flexibility is both relevant for choosing a permanent residence and for temporary (educational, labor) migration for modern youth. "Push" factors, actual for Russian youth are also analyzed.
