The article examines the different approaches of the Republic of Tajikistan to the issues of participation/non-participation in the activities of the Eurasian Economic Union, given a critical analysis of attempts to submit Tajikistan's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union as a threat to its independence and damage to international cooperation.
