The analysis of global ecological problems, contradiction of their nature and influence on the state of quality of environment of regions of South of Russian Federation, is given. The state, mechanisms and facilities of management of nature protection activity is examined at the level of regions and municipal educations within the framework of law of balanced natural resources and maintenance of assimilatory potential of national economy complexes.

Unlike existing models, and environmental management systems of corporations, large industrial and agricultural enterprises consider the possibility of establishing a system of sustainable management structures and within the territory of the municipal district, covering various areas of economic and socio-cultural activities.
