Under modern conditions it is quite evident that the achievments in the development of the global information and communication technologies brought to the formation of the new global mail (electronic) enviroment so called network economics that in its turn caused the new forms of functioning and development of the systems of enterprises management. That is why the network system of the enterprises management has become one of the basic in the field of the world changes in the management of the able to compete companies.
